A detail of Urd from the Ah My Goddess piece ([link])
I recently framed this for my friend and was able to fix one of the things I wanted to do, but didn't have time when I gave it to her: I was able to string the harp Urd is playing. The strings are not paper, but black cotton thread strung on a a piece of 2 ply museum board and fixed in place behind the harp frame. A small detail, but I am really happy I got the chance to put this final detail on this piece. |

I love the hands with the instrument- the perspective you make with these paper sculptures is just wild- amazing detail.
I love to put detail in my work, I think it adds to the effect.
